Submission Guidelines

• Submit the manuscript as MS Word or .tex file along with the copy right form
• All manuscripts must be the author(s) original, un-published work and must not be under - consideration for publication elsewhere.
• A research article must have the following sections depends upon the type of paper such as Research paper or survey paper or study paper
• Title of Research Paper
  • Author's affiliation with name, designation, dept, college, place, country
  • 1st Author, 2nd Author, 3rd Author
  • 1st author's affiliation, 1st line of address, 2nd line of address
  • 1st author's email address
  • 2nd author's affiliation, 1st line of address, 2nd line of address

• ABSTRACT
  • The entire paper must be in A4 size and “Moderate” margin

• Publication Ethics
  • Ethical standards for publication exist to ensure high-quality scientific publications, public trust in scientific findings, and that people receive credit for their ideas.
• Plagiarism
  • IRMMS are committed to publishing only original material, i.e., material that has neither been published elsewhere, nor is under review elsewhere. Manuscripts that are found to have been plagiarized from a manuscript by other authors, whether published or unpublished, will incur plagiarism sanctions.
• Duplicate Submission
  • Manuscripts that are found to have been published elsewhere, or to be under review elsewhere, will incur duplicate submission/publication sanctions. If authors have used their own previously published work, or work that is currently under review, as the basis for a submitted manuscript, they are required to cite the previous work and indicate how their submitted manuscript offers novel contributions beyond those of the previous work.
• Authors should submit proof read and revised article. Before submission please makes sure that your paper is prepared using the Single Column Paper Template. This will ensure the speedy process for publication.
• Once the paper is accepted, the author(s) are assumed to send copyrights of the paper over to IRMMS. If any copyrighted material is used by the author, the author must take permission for the same from the editor.
• The submitted articles are reviewed by two independent reviewers. One of the reviewers will be a foreigner and another may be an Indian. Acceptance is granted when both the reviewers' recommendations are positive.
• To avoid unnecessary errors you are strongly advised to use the’ spell -check ‘and ‘grammar-check’ of your word processor.

• Copy right form : In submitting an article in IRMMS journals . I certify that:
  • I am authorized by my co-authors to enter into these arrangements.
  • I warrant, on behalf of myself and my co-authors, that:
    • the article is original, has not been formally published in any other peer-reviewed journal, is not under consideration by any other journal and does not infringe any existing copyright or any other third party rights;
    • I am/we are the sole author(s) of the article and have full authority to enter into this agreement and in granting rights to IRMMS.
    • the article contains nothing that is unlawful or which would, if published, constitute a breach of contract or of confidence
    • I/we have taken due care to ensure the integrity of the article. To my/our - and currently accepted scientific - knowledge all statements contained in it purporting to be facts are true and any formula or instruction contained in the article will not, if followed accurately, cause any injury, illness or damage to the user.
